The Source, the Oratorio by Ted Hearne which I designed scenography and video for in 2014 at BAM and which later played in LA and San Francisco has sort of miraculously gotten a breath of fresh air and will have it’s European premiere at Le Maillon in Strasbourg on Friday and Saturday Sept. 27 +28.

I have a small pile of funny memories from playing at Le Maillon in March 2001 – a million years ago – but this is a fancy new venue but the French vibes they don’t change 🙂

So if you’re in Strasbourg at what looks like a very cool Musica festival, then get a bottle of red wine and go see some crazy music about some very evil shit perpetrated by the Bush/Cheney regime that cost both Chelsea Manning and Julian Assange way more than most of us will ever endure.
